This is my favorite mouth tape. It stays on all night and doesn't hurt to take off in the morning. I tried another brand that literally told me to spray water on my face to remove the tape in the morning. I mean....should I even put it on my skin if I can't even take it off without dissolving it with water first?! Wild!!!! my teenage twin boys sometime use this too. and they say they wake up less stuffy.

I like the fabric, I hope it's compostable. It's comfortable to wear, not obtrusive and I don't really know it's there. I do wish the backing were not hard plastic, maybe paper would work just fine. We have enough micro-plastics.
