Helps me sleep
Got a preview of their black friday sale in early November and got all three items. I've been using them for 2 weeks and really like the combination of products. The mouth tape reminds me of the tape they have in hospitals to keep IVs in place (I'm a nurse, so I use it a lot) which I like because it doesn't hurt the skin when you have to remove it. The earplugs are really squishy and worked well for me as a side sleeper. The spray I'm getting used to! I started with 5 sprays per night and now do like 8-10 and I can really feel the tension drop in like 30 minutes. Will keep using it this month and report back later!
