The adhesive on another brand dried out my lips so badly that it took two weeks after I stopped using theirs to regain proper feeling. Dryft does not do that! They are a bit small so I often need to use two to keep my mouth shut.

Nice fabric
I like the fabric, I hope it's compostable. It's comfortable to wear, not obtrusive and I don't really know it's there. I do wish the backing were not hard plastic, maybe paper would work just fine. We have enough micro-plastics.

they work!
This is my first time using mouth tape. I am a mouth breather and 50 years old. I was skeptical about trying mouth tape for all the usual reasons (like am I going to die in my sleep). I use a Garmin to track my sleep. The FIRST night I used dryft mouth tape, my sleep score was the highest it has ever been. That has remained consistent for the last three weeks. My husband also remarked that I don't snore and I am clearing sleeping much better. I love that these are soft, have a little hole so you don't get too anxious, and are made in the U.S., BUT, I do agree with other reviews that they are a tad bit small. If only they were 25%-35% bigger, they would be PERFECT.

Soft and keeps skin soft
I've tried a few of the stretchy tapes on amazon and my lips always get irritated after a full night of sleep. Plus some of them leave adhesive on my lips. These come off really nicely and i like that it's soft. new fave
