Dryft Sleep Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. We encourage you to try Dryft Mouth Tape for at least three nights to get used to them (we realize it may feel a little different at first) so once you’ve given them a try and decided you don’t love them just email us at hello@dryftsleep.com and we’ll work to make it right or give you your money back.

Returns & Refunds

We gladly accept returns on all Dryft Sleep products within 30 days of delivery. This applies to both defective and non-defective items (“change of mind” returns). To be eligible, please email us with the reason for your return. 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email hello@dryftsleep.com with your order number and reason for return. Our customer care team will respond within 2 business days with next steps and a return shipping label, if applicable.

Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 2–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Need to exchange an item for a different product? No problem—just reach out to hello@dryftsleep.com and we’ll help you arrange it.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you experience a product defect, please contact us immediately at hello@dryftsleep.com with photos and your order number. We’ll send a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or used. This includes mouth tape and earplugs once the seal is broken, except in the case of a defect or other issue. 

International Orders

This policy applies to customers within the United States. For international orders, returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to hello@dryftsleep.com for assistance.
