I have tiny ears
I have small ear canals and foam earplugs are usually too tight for me. So it's nice that these are fully moldable and squeeze in

Blocks out some noise, not all
Bought these to block out snoring. It’s quieter but can definitely still hear everything. The have fallen out throughout the night a few times too.
